Writement Co. provides content writing and consulting services ("Services"). The scope, nature, and specific terms of these Services will be defined in separate agreements with clients.

 

User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when using our Services.

  • Compliance: You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content created by Writement Co. is the intellectual property of Writement Co. until full payment is received.

  • License: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the content.

 

Payment Terms

  • Invoices: Invoices will be issued upon completion of the Services or as otherwise agreed.

  • Payment: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.

  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees.

 

Confidentiality

  • Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information obtained during the course of the Services.

  • Exceptions: Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

 

Termination

  • Mutual Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and all rights to the content revert to Writement Co. until payment is received.

 

Limitation of Liability

Writement Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Services.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Writement Co. harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

 

Changes to Terms

Writement Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka
